Great track
Druids glen has being one of the premier parkland courses in ireland for a number of years , the course has many wonderful signature holes. It’s a real challenge as every hole requires full attention to score well. The clubhouse & the food always excellent . I have being playing/eating here regularly for many years. New owners took over late last year & I hope they try & improve it further. Best wishes to all involved

Ireland at last
Druids Glen is a marvellous facility and did not disappoint in any way. I have been wanting to play in Ireland for 20 years and so having finally made it I couldn't have been happier. Despite the weather everything was a real treat from the course, the first tee to the 19th hole and beyond.
Dear Gresham59,
Thank you so much for taking the time to share your positive experience in Druids Glen and the Emerald Isle.
We hope it won’t be another 20 years before we welcome you back.

Best parkland course in Ireland.
Fine golfers regard the K Club and Mount Juliet as better courses but, for me, Druids Glen has s the finest parkland course in Ireland.

Overhyped
Play this course it was a bit shaggy I wasn't expecting that during the summer time overall the course is definitely not worth the money that it is asking I feel the course is holding on to pass glory that It had back in the 90s still milking it to this day. Far better courses around the area with a better value for money.
Dear Guest,
Thank you for your visit and taking the time to write a review.
I was disappointed to read you felt that the course condition was lacking and you didn’t get value for your money.
For the past 25 years, Druids Glen is widely regarded as one of the finest parkland golf courses in both Ireland and Europe. This is supported by the largely positive public reviews we receive on all review platforms, including Golf Advisor.
The Resort recently changed ownership to the Neville Hotel Group. A family run, Irish owned businesses.
It is the Neville family’s intention to further enhance the Druids Glen reputation by unveiling a significant 2021 investment plan lead by renowned Golf Course Architect, Mr. Peter McEvoy OBE.
We do hope to welcome you back again soon and possibly change your opinion about our Golf Course.

Played on 12/119
Course in fantastic shape considering the wet weather prior to us playing. Layout is lovely with some truly fabulous par 3s. Only gripe is that hole 17 had the tee boxes moved forward and I was looking forward to playing it longer. Paid €62 via Golfnow and likely that is the most I would be prepared to pay. Great experience wish the driving range was more convenient
Dear Guest,
Yes, the latter part of 2019 presented some challenging weather conditions for our greenkeepers. We really do appreciate the stellar work our greenkeepers do for us on a daily basis.

Great Irish Course
You should try to play this course when in Ireland. It was really enjoyable and some of the nicest par 3s I’ve ever played.
Dear Guest,
We must pay credit to the genius work if Pat Ruddy and Tom Craddock when we discuss our par 3’s and indeed the remainder of the course too. Druids Glen is a place where you can immerse yourself in your surroundings while playing the greatest game of all, golf!

Bit Disappointed
Really enjoyed the course apart from losing more than a few balls to water. My main problem was being charged more than the price I had booked on Golf Now. We had secured a 95 euro price online but at the course they charged us 115 euro. Unfortunately I did not have my printed booking sheet and just assumed the price was correct. A sour taste remains.

Absolutely fabulous.
I love this course, the setting is so unique and beautiful. The water on most holes on the back nine really tests your course management! The staff were so helpful and friendly. Looking forward to my next visit.

Very beautiful course, poorly managed
Yesterday we played this course under excellent weather conditions. We are a group of six people who travel together much and we have visited more than 200 courses abroad within the last ten years. Everyone of us admitted that Druids Glen is among the most beautiful courses in this long row - if not even the top one. Fairways and greens were in an extraordinary well-kept condition, compliments to the greenskeepers for that. The layout is spectacular, the course has enough old and magnificent trees to decorate ten courses.
The more sad it is to say that the management of the course es extremely poor - if a management exists at all.
We booked our tee time 6 months in advance (and it is an expensive one, also under the top 5 on our long-term record). Upon arrival at the Pro-shop we learned that it had been postponed by one hour without giving us notice. The staff was not willing to explain why. The course was extremely crowded but no starter, steward or marshall looked after the people. Therefore we had to wait for every single stroke we made this afternoon, and the round took us over 6 hours. On Par 3s there were usually 3 or more foursomes on 'hold'. This was an unmatched experience for us in Scotland or Ireland.
Everyone playing - not just us - was extremely annoyed, players started to shout at each other.
In one word: It was a completely spoiled afternoon and we can't recommend to play this course.
We tried to complain after the round in the ProShop, the staff wasn't interested at all in our opinion.
