If anyone out there has some spare money to invest this would be the place to do it. Every hole is tree lined with very tall mature trees. The course is of a decent length, grass on the fairways is tight and course layout is perfect. However, the council owns it and bunkers have no rakes, tees are a bit of a letdown and the facilities are near non-existent. With the tree-lined layout, enough money put into the course and it would be one of the top courses in the UK.
