Very flat golf course but in very good condition with fast greens also has a few testing holes but a good course for golfers of all standards.

Even getting to this course is interesting as its set on an island in the middle of the Tay and the golfers route to the course is by way of a footpath along side the bridge which carries the main railway line from Perth to Dundee. The course itself is very flat the highest point can only be about 10 feet above the lowest point. Although flat or perhaps because its so flat clubbing can be a problem. The condition of the course when I played it was first class the greens being near perfect - it is however a summer/autumn course as the pictures in the clubhouse testify to some high winter and spring floods which appear to cover the entire course. This course its most certainly worth a visit for its uniqueness and setting alone.
